Pack Your Equipment
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will arrange for a specialized freight carrier to collect the equipment directly from your home.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
